Advise of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Berrinba Runners Inc. 

 

The details of this meeting are as follows: 

 

Date:              Saturday 23rd August 2025
  12:00pm - 13:00pm

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

  • Find out about the operations and finances of Berrinba Runners Inc
  • Speak about any items on the agenda

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

  • Accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting as a true and correct record of the proceedings of that meeting
  • Adopt the treasurer’s annual report
  • Adopt the annual financial statements 
  • Elect members of the management committee

The nominations for the management committee are as follows:

 

  • President – Liam Wilson
  • Vice President – No nominations
  • Secretary – Shannon Stevenson
  • Treasurer – Kris Humphrys
  • Social Media / Event Coordinator – No nominations
  • Merchandise Coordinator – Tarina Lake
  • Training Coordinator – Adam Shannon
  • Membership Officer – No nominations

 

Where we have no nominations, we will be looking to take nominations for those roles from those attending the meeting

At the AGM, the current members of the management committee will retire from office but are eligible, on nomination for re-election. 

 

A general meeting will immediately follow the AGM.
