REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 BENTSTIX WINTER HOCKEY SEASON IS NOW OPEN.
To complete registration please click 'register' (new players) or 'renew' (returning 2024 players), complete the form and select the registration type that suits you.
The costs of playing are defined in the Bentstix Fees Schedule Policy and Procedures. See attached below.
All players need to pay, at a minimum, the following to take to the pitch:
Full NSW Hockey and local association registration fee (includes personal insurance) $214.84
Bentstix Hockey Club Membership (gives access to training and covers club insurance) $140.00
Total $354.84
Players will need to select their chosen payment method for fees and pay their club membership as they register with Hockey NSW, see below for option.
New players will additionally need to pay the club joining fees which covers the cost of the club uniform (subsidised) fee $70, ($80 if your team opts to play in rainbow socks). Select this add on at registration.
If you were in financial arrears in 2024 you will need to pay in advance for this season.

FULL PLAYER MEMBERSHIP (UP-FRONT FEES)
Early Bird (Before 21st March): $704.84 (includes NSW Hockey association fee & discounted club membership)
After early bird: $769.84 (includes NSW Hockey association fee & club membership)
MEMBERSHIP AND FULL FEES - PAY IN INSTALMENTS - Total cost: $769.84
Pay now: $354.84 (includes NSW Hockey association fee & club membership)
1st instalment: $250 due 1st May 2025
2nd instalment: $165 due 1st June 2025
MEMBERSHIP AND CASUAL PLAYER FEES
Casual: $354.84 (NSW Hockey association fee & club membership) + $40 per game
Players playing over 50% of matches will be invoiced for the remaining full player fees
For goalie, exec & coaches fees, please consult the schedule document attached. If unsure if this applies to you, please consult with the exec.
The men's season is set to start on the 29th of March and the women's season to start on the 6th of April 2025.
Player Assistance
Bentstix does offer player assistance. If you are experiencing hardship in anyway, please reach out to a member of the Exec to determine how we can assist with player fees.
