Training Times:
Monday and Wednesday evenings
Training all ages 5:45 - 7pm (Monday and Wednesday)
From the start of Daylight Saving until Auschamps
Saturday Mornings
All Paddlers - 8:30am - 10:15am
Note: Finish times are approximate
What to bring to training:
- Your paddle (if you have one, otherwise you are welcome to borrow one from the club)
- Your pfd (Full members should supply their own, but can be borrowed from the club)
- Wear comfortable clothes and enclosed shoes (that you don't mind getting a little wet)
- A water bottle. Please keep hydrated.
- A hat and wear sunscreen. We are a sunsmart club...
- A seat pad if you would like to use one.
- If training in winter or colder months then it's best to wear thermals or layers. Eventhough you will be moving you can still get cold.
