In accordance with the Beaudesert Target Pistol Club Constitution, notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Beaudesert Target Pistol Club Inc. will be held as follows:

The business of the Annual General Meeting will include:

Confirmation of the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

Receipt of the President's Annual Report.

Receipt of the Treasurer's Report and Financial Statements.

Election of the Committee.

General business (no motions or voting).
Committee Nominations
Nominations are now invited for election to the Committee for the 2026/2027 term.
In accordance with the Club Constitution, all Committee positions will be declared vacant at the Annual General Meeting and elections will be conducted for the following positions:

Completed nomination forms must be received by the Acting Secretary no later than Sunday, 12 July 2026.
Call for Member Motions
Members wishing to submit a motion for consideration at the Annual General Meeting should provide the motion in writing to the Acting Secretary by Sunday, 12 July 2026 to allow the Committee to prepare the agenda and notify members of any business to be considered.
Our Club is run entirely by volunteers, and the Committee plays an important role in ensuring the continued operation and future direction of Beaudesert Target Pistol Club. Whether you are interested in an Executive position or serving as an Ordinary Committee Member, we encourage you to consider nominating.
If you would like to know more about any Committee position before nominating, please speak with a current Committee member or contact the President.
We encourage all members to attend the Annual General Meeting and have a say in the future direction of your Club.
