It's that time of year again where membership renewals are due for existing members. All existing memberships expire on June 30, 2026 and there is no grace period. We are obliged to submit a list of non-financial member to QPS on July 1 2026 which means from that point on your license may also be invalid.

Renewal forms, particpation reports AND fees must be submitted and paid prior to June 30. Any forms received without payment also being received by June 30 will be considered invalid.

Fees for 2026/2027 (ends June 30 2027)

• Full Adult $426
• Spouse/Partner $360 (your spouse/partner must be a full adult member)
• Junior $241 (Under 18years)

Before you begin, please download,complete & sign the Member Participation Report (link below). You will need to upload the completed form with your renewal submission. If you are technologically challenged, you can also drop a copy of your participation report to a committee member at the club but it MUST be received earlier than June 30 2026.
