REGISTRATION
Registration is to be paid to BJP directly in the amount of $109 before 15th March 2026 or $149 after this date. This is an online transaction and will require a credit/debit card to be used. In 2026 this cost will also include a copy of the CD and DVD as a digital download. Every member will pay the flat rate, there are no discounts offered on this. It is set through our Governing Body BJP and paid to them directly. This payment MUST be paid within the first two weeks of starting class. If you do not pay this registration fee within the first two weeks, you may be asked to stop attending until payment has been made.
An additional registration fee is to be paid to the club in the amount of $50, For club insurance (Please note this does not insure the registered member against injury. This needs to be arranged by the registered member), Trophies and music licences. Little Butterfly Registration is $50 for the year (inclusive of a Leotard) payable no later than 3 weeks after the child’s first lesson. Registration fee’s cover you for:
* The yearly fee has been calculated on a 40 week class timetable and divided into 4 terms across the year. Each instalment amount is listed below under Term Fee’s. The instalments must be paid on time or you will incur a $10 late fee.
*1 class a week is payable, whether you attend or not.
*Once fee’s and registration have been paid there will be no refund given.
*Personal Accident Insurance is not offered by BaySide Physical Culture Club. You will need to make your own arrangements via private health insurance to cover any requirements you may have.
Competition Registration
There will be a Competition Registration fee of $60 due by the end of Term 2. This fee will cover Both interclubs, Zone Champion girl and Teams. This fee is for 4 years to ladies.
FEES
Block Fee’s 4 years to Ladies
1 lesson per week =
Term 1 = $130 (10 weeks)
Terms 2 & 3= $143 (11 weeks each)
Term 4 = $104 (TBC - 8 weeks)
2 lessons per week =
Term 1 = $190 (10 weeks)
Terms 2 & 3 = $209 (11 weeks each)
Term 4 = $152 (TBC - 8 weeks)
Please keep in mind, it would be preferable if all members came to 2 lessons per week for optimum learning experience.
Block fee’s will be due by 24th Feb, 5th May, 22st July and 29th Sep.
Families with 2 or more members will receive the following discounts: 2nd member = 10% off 3rd member =20% off 4th member =30% off
Term 1 – 9th Feb– 20th April (total 10 weeks/includes 1 week of School Holidays)
Term 2 – 20th Apr – 5th July (total 11 weeks/no School Holiday break)
Term 3 - 6th July - 27th Sep (total 11 weeks/no School Holiday break)
Term 4 - 28th Sep - 23rd Nov (total 8 weeks)
INVOICES
All invoices will be emailed to you, please keep your email up to date with Jaymee. We do not accept CASH for any invoices. If you wish to pay by cash we request that you please deposit the cash into our bank account at Commonwealth Bank, quoting the invoice number. There are branches at Cleveland and Capalaba. If there are any issues with this, please email us at accounts@baysidephysie.com so we can discuss this with you.
Classes start: Monday 9th Feb and Wednesday 11th Feb
TIMETABLE
Please read the timetable HERE CAREFULLY as you may have a different time if you attend more than 1 lesson a week. This Timetable MAY also change from time to time depending on the number of students in each class and availability of teachers and halls. Redland Bay Hall – Weinam St, Redland Bay (Behind the police station), Redlands Memorial Hall - Smith Street, Cleveland (Next to Cleveland High School and Redlands Museum) and Cleveland Church Hall – Passage St, Cleveland (opposite Star of the Sea school) Please note that all members must arrive and leave the premises within 15 minutes of their class. Reminder - please be mindful there is no supervision after your child’s class as our teachers will be in another class. Please message one of your child’s teachers if you are running late.
