Ballarat and District Croquet Association

About us

All affiliated members of the Alexandra Ararat, Ballarat Alexandra, Ballarat Western and Beaufort clubs are full members of the Ballarat & District Croquet Association (B&DCA). Responsibility for administration of the B&DCA is rotated between the clubs.

B&DCA meetings are an opportunity for members to discuss regional matters, and to provide input on state matters for the regional director to take to the VCA Council.

Administration

The positions of Secretary and President of the B&DCA are rotated around the member Clubs. Each position is for a two year term. Other administration positions are filled by election.

The Association holds meetings every three months, in May, August, November and February. The Annual General Meeting is held in May.

Tournaments

The B&DCA holds annual association and golf tournaments.  Each year Inter association challenges with Wimmera and Geelong in golf croquet, and with Geelong in association croquet, are held.
