Our first 2026 Line Judge Training session was held last weekend at Alpha Badminton Auburn, as we begin preparations for the Sathio Group Australian Badminton Open and Roketto Sydney International. Congratulations to Yun Loi Lok on delivering his first training session — a great achievement and an important step in growing our officiating community. We’re excited to see more officials stepping up as we build towards these major events! 🔥🏸

Congratulations to our seven NSW athletes on their selection to represent Australia at the Thomas & Uber Cup. Badminton NSW Shuttle Smash at the The Ponds’ Riverbank Public School on Monday evening 9 th March with 33 junior players introduced to Badminton with fun, active, inclusive engaging games with them.

We aim is to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for all participants across many sporting disciplines. BNSW will be supporting and delivering Badminton in the Abilities Unleashed Kids Day hosted by Disability Sports Australia
