Terms and Conditions for AWMA Membership

1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for membership with the Albury Wodonga Malayalee Association (AWMA), you agree to be bound by the approved constitution and its resolutions.

2. Membership Eligibility Membership is open to individuals of Kerala origin or to those who reside with a person of Kerala origin within 100 KMs from the Albury Wodonga region.

3. Membership Fees Membership fees are as stated at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable.

4. Membership Benefits As a member, you are entitled to the benefits outlined in the membership package, including but not limited to: free entry to AWMA events, access to member-only events, participation in sports programs, and use of the AWMA website and membership management platform.

5. Member Conduct Members agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. AWMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or disruptive behavior.

6. Liability AWMA provides liability insurance for members participating in AWMA activities. However, members participate in all activities at their own risk. AWMA is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by members.

7. Privacy Member information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendment AWMA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the AWMA website.

9. Termination Membership may be terminated as per AWMA constitution rules.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
