The meeting

The purpose of this Special General Meeting is to consider and, if thought fit, pass a Special Resolution to update constitution. Key points are: -

·         Updates to membership categories

·         Changes to committee structure and roles

·         Governance and operational improvements

Important Notes:

·         This is a member-focused event. 

·         Electronic check-in will be available for efficient attendance and quorum tracking.

·         Voting will be present to decide the special resolution. For members unable to attend in person, proxy voting options are available. Please refer to the official email notice for details on appointing a proxy.

Feedback & comments about amendments

Members are requested to submit any comments, suggestions, or feedback regarding the proposed Constitution Amendments to admn.awma@gmail.com on or before 29 May 2026 at 3:00 pm. All submissions received within the specified timeframe will be reviewed and, where considered appropriate and relevant, incorporated into the proposed constitutional amendments for presentation at the Special General Meeting (SGM).
