Avondale Hockey Club fields teams in the Women's and Mens Grade competitions in the Illawarra South Coast Hockey Association for both field and indoor hockey.

FIELD HOCKEY - Competition March through to September, training normally starts late Feb

Training is on a Monday Evening at the Illawarra Hockey Centre, Unanderra from 6.00pm to 7.00pm, usually starting late February running throughout the season

Women's Teams generally play on a Friday evening or a Saturday afternoon
Men's Teams generally play on a Sunday.

We do not currently have a junior team however, if you have a child that would like to play they just need to be turning 13 in the calendar year for the women's competition and 15  for the Men's competition. 

We are also happy to look at entering a Junior team if you have a group of friends that would like to play hockey. 

INDOOR HOCKEY - September to December

Women's Teams generally play Monday and Wednesday Evenings (depending on Grade)
Men's Teams generally play Tuesday and Thursday Evenings (depending on Grade)

New members are always welcome.
