When will event accreditations be available for collection?

Registration and Accreditation Collection times:

  • Wednesday 17th June 8:30am - 11:30am - Ticket desk, Gold Coast Leisure Centre
  • Wednesday 17th June 5pm- 6pm - Head of Team meeting, Gold Coast Leisure Centre
  • Thursday 18th June 8:30am- 10:30am
  • For collection after these times you must contact the Event Manager 

All accreditation collections will be at the event venue - Gold Coast Leisure Centre, 296 Nerang Broadbeach Rd, Carrara QLD 4211.

Who collects the event accreditations?

  • The Head of Team or Team Manager is responsible for collecting all event accreditations for the team. All accreditations will be available in an envelope for all team entries. Only one individual per team is permitted to collect the accreditations. 

What if no team members can attend the posted accreditation collection times?  

When do you need to wear your event accreditation? 

  • All registered individuals are required to wear their event accreditation at all times, when entering the venue and when inside the venue. Event accreditation will be required to enter the venue from Thursday 18th June onwards. 

Who is required to attend the Head of Teams Meeting?

  • One representative per team is required to attend. A summary of major updates following this meeting will be available on the latest news section of the website and circulated to HOD's .

Are spectator tickets available?

  • Yes - these can be purchased online via the Tickets Page in advance or at the venue. No cash payments are accepted at the venue, card payments only. Spectator accreditations will be provided each day. If spectator tickets have been purchased online, please show your proof of purchase or quote your order name upon arrival.

What identification do athletes require at weigh-in (Kyorugi)? 

  • Athletes must show one of the following at weigh-in: Event Accreditation, Digital Membership Card (Australian Members only), Global Athlete License (Physical or Digital), Passport or National ID (Drivers License). 

What identification do individuals require at Marshalling?

  • All individuals must present their event accreditations at weigh-in.

When will the draw be available?

  • The Kyorugi Draw will be available for each event at 5pm the day prior to competition. This will be available via the Schedule page.

  • The selected patterns and Poomsae draw will be available via the Schedule page. 

When will weigh-in take place?

  • Between 8am and 12pm each day prior to the corresponding event. In Change Room 1 (Male) and Change Room 2 (Female) at the event venue.

*Exact times will be posted once entries are closed and at the Head of Teams meeting

When will random weigh-in take place?

Is there a schedule for all events?

  • The schedule and draws be posted here close to the start of the competition.

Will there be a medal ceremony?

  • Poomsae & Kyorugi Divisions will be taken to receive their medals upon completion
