Entry Fees

ALL ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID UPON REGISTRATION THROUGH THE WT GMS PAYMENT SYSTEM

All entry fees must be paid in full by the registration deadline.

All unpaid entries will be removed from the event within 24 hours of the registration deadline.

Entry fees are not refundable at any time after the registration deadline.

Payment Rules

ayment must be completed and paid online by PayPal or Credit/Debit Card either at the same time of registration or BEFORE the registration deadline. Unpaid entries will be removed 24 hours AFTER the registration deadline.

There will be NO ONSITE REGISTRATIONS permitted.

If for some reason you cannot pay for your individual/team entry online by PayPal or Credit/Debit Card, please contact the administration manager via emal to: Aidan Gunning at: help@austkd.com.au
Note: an additional fee of USD$ 25.00 per registration will be charged for any offline payments.

All entries must be submitted online via the World Taekwondo GMS
VISA Requirements & Applications

The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs advises that those participants requiring a Visa for entry into Australia. You should apply for a visa at least 1 month prior to arrival. Click here to view visa options.

All visa letters are issued through the WT GMS system during registration.

A letter will be issued when FULL PAYMENT for EACH EVENT is received.

Once payment is received, please check the WT GMS 48 hours later to download your approved letter.

Visa letters are only available for download through Simply Compete once payment has been made.

No Show

Athletes who have registered, completed payment and do not show up for the event without notice will not be refunded.

ENTRY FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AT ANYTIME AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Accreditation

All participants will receive their digital accreditation via email at or before 5pm(AEST) on Tuesday 13th August 2025.

All participants must provide a valid ID to weigh-in. There will be no exception to this policy. A valid ID can be any of the following: school ID, state issued ID, GAL, or passport.

If the athlete is a minor and does not have a valid ID, then the parent/legal guardian must provide a copy of their birth certificate.
