Hi everyone! Join us for a beginner day walk on the Hallet Cove Boardwalk.
We’ll be walking along the coast on the boardwalk. Expect about 10-11 km of walking.
This walk is suitable for people with a moderate level of fitness but is open to everyone (including non-club members). Please register here so I know who to expect!
Meet-up Details:
- Meet at Adelaide Railway Station at 05:00pm to catch a train to the start of the walk (remember to bring your Metrocard)
What to Bring: Bring a water bottle, rain jacket (or an umbrella), snacks, and comfortable walking shoes.
The sunset is at 08:09pm and if the sky is clear it will be a great spot to catch it. The walk ends at Seacliff beach and normally we would go for a dip at the end so if anyone wants to go for a dip, bring bathers and a towel. There's also a great pub at Seacliff with pretty decent fish and chips if people want to do dinner there. The train runs quite frequently so no stress in getting back to the city.
The forecast is currently for a clear sunny day, but I’ll update this if it changes.
