Join us for a beginner friendly overnight hike to Marschall's hut on the Heysen Trail!! We will be meeting at uni at the Hartley building at 9am, carpooling <1.5 hours to the start of the walk, and then walking to the hut early afternoon.

This trip involves carrying a hiking pack with all of your gear (such as tent, sleeping bag, water, clothes & meals), but will be quite flat/slightly undulating for the most part. We will be walking ~10 km to the hut on Saturday, and ~5km on the Sunday. Please do note that it could be very chilly overnight, so be sure to pack lots of layers! Additional costs include fuel split between those carpooling, and possibly a bakery stop on the drive home.
