Merchandise Orders & Club Subsidy

Our club merchandise is produced by the official apparel and merchandise vendor for Adelaide University Sports and Fitness, Belgravia Apparel (BA).

Order fulfillment: After the final order is submitted to the supplier, please allow at least one month for production and collection. Once the merchandise has arrived, we will contact everyone who placed an order with collection details for pickup at the club.

Several payment options are available, including online payment and bank transfer. To avoid the online payment surcharge, you may place your order through the Shop and then transfer the full payment directly to the club bank account.

When making a bank transfer, please use the following payment reference:

For example, if Alex orders one tee and one jacket:

The club provides a merchandise subsidy for eligible club merchandise. Please pay the full amount shown when placing your order. After the ordering period closes on 20 September 2026 and all paid orders are finalized, the club will process the applicable subsidy refund to members.

Please note: The merchandise subsidy will be refunded after orders and payments have been finalized.
