Are you looking to do a few training sessions over the school holidays?  Come on down and learn some skills with renowned coach David Lester.

Athletics North Queensland is running coaching clinics during the school holidays for anyone 11 years and up who want to be active through track and field activities.  Coached by David Lester, a finalist for the 2020 ANQ Coach of The Year, David has a wealth of knowledge in athletics and fitness which will allow parents, adults and athletes to learn skills while having fun.

During the clinics athletes will be doing a range of fun activities including running, jumping, throwing and sport foundation work.

Clinic days and times.

Wednesday 7th, April - 4:30pm – 6:00pm.

Saturday April 10th and 17th - 8:30am – 11am.

All activities will be held at Mackay Aquatic and Recreation Complex (MARC)
