Aspire Gymnastics
1. Registration (non refundable) and Fees need to be paid prior to commencement of term. Class sizes are limited and your spot is only secured with full payment. Failure to pay may result in losing your spot. Term fees and registration are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Food and drink are not permitted within the gym, including baby food and bottles. All food must be consumed in the foyer. Gymnasts are to wash their hands after eating, before using the equipment.
3. Gymnasts are to bring a bottle of water only to the gym, all bottles need to be clearly labelled with child’s name. NO SLUSHIES.
4. Skirts, clothing with zippers, studs or sequins are not to be worn as they can damage the equipment. If worn gymnast may not be permitted on some equipment. Inappropriate clothing (low cut tops, revealing shorts etc.) is unacceptable. We ask that gymnasts wear their Club T-Shirt with tights or appropriate shorts. Competitive Gymnasts are to wear their club training uniform or crop top and shorts. NO BAGGY shorts or tops.
5. Hair needs to be tied back.
6. Jewellery is not to be worn (e.g. rings, bangles, anklets), studs or small sleepers are acceptable.
7. Shoes are not permitted within the training area; pigeon holes have been provided for gymnasts to store their belongings.
8. Due to privacy laws, photos & videos of any child within this gymnastics facility is strictly prohibited without permission.
9. All forms of disrespectful behaviour, including bad language and bullying towards Shire Gymnastics staff and other gymnasts will not be tolerated, offender may be removed from the class. 10. Gymnasts are not allowed on the equipment without coach’s permission.
11. Gymnasts are to show respect for the premises and the equipment. Picking of foam mats, wall paint, scratching beams etc. or defacing any club property will be considered a breach of rules.
12. Staff areas (office/first aid) out of bounds, unless you have permission from a coach.
13. Make ups classes (m/ups) are only permitted for injury exceed 2 weeks and doctors’ certificate is provided (Injuries located offsite are not included). In the event a gymnast discontinues their class, no refunds are available. In the event of cancellation due to heat/smoke classes are non-refundable as this is out of our control- we endeavour to keep classes running where possible.
14. To minimise distraction to gymnasts and for safety reasons, parents / carers are not permitted within the training area or on the equipment at any time. Classes can be viewed from the foyer windows. *Please see covid-19 rules.
15. During club events seating is added into the gym area, to which people may be invited to sit inside the gym.
16. Coaches are not to be interrupted during a class. Please see the office if you have any questions or concerns. In turn you can call or email us.
17. Children in Kinder programs must have a parent/carer with them at all times, if requested by staff or specified online in class descriptions.
18. Children who arrive early for classes and are unsupervised are to remain in the foyer until the class is called. Aspire Gymnastics takes no responsibility for the supervision prior to and after classes. Arrival five minutes prior to classes is sufficient.
19. We ask that gymnasts are collected at the completion of their class from the gym foyer. Children are not permitted to enter the car park unaccompanied. *See covid-19 rules for updates.
20. Anyone who is not part of the program is not permitted within the training area at any time.
21. Please do not park on curb of road as trucks need a wide turning circle & damage to your car may occur.
22. Lost property will be held in the lost property box in the foyer and jewellery held in the office for the duration of the term. Emptied week 10.
23. All bookings for classes and events are through our revolutionise portal.
