NEW 2026 *Foundation 1 is equivialent to development 2025
This class is for gymnasts wanting to progress through levels without the focus on major competitions. Training hours are less and additional costs are minimal.
Athletes will have the option to attend club competetitions in term 2 & 4 and may be invited to attend external competitions if suitable.
This class is will be split into Foundation 1 and Foundation 2 skills. Athletes will learn set skills/rountines on vault, bars, floor and beam, as well as develop strength & flexibility components. Coaches will review skills & progress athletes when necessary- parents will be emailed if this is to occur.
