ASHGROVE CALISTHENICS REGISTRATION for 2026

On behalf of the Committee of the Ashgrove Calisthenics Club, we would like to thank you for registering with us in 2026.

By completing this registration, you are agreeing to abide by our Club Policies, and acknowledge that participation in classes and all competitions is expected.

Registration is required to be completed within the first two weeks of joining classes.  For performers participating in solo, duo or trio sections, registration must be completed by the 30th November 2025 and ALL other returning members by early 2026 with a new team entry process to be implemented in the new year.

For New Members, registration must be completed after attending your first two trial classes. 

Club Coaches are also required to complete registration via this portal.  IF you are a performer and coach, then you only need to complete your registration once by choosing the applicable registration fee.  ALL coaches must complete registration before the first class returns in 2026 to ensure insurance coverage.  IF coaching a solo, duo or trio performance, then registration must be completed by 31st December 2025.

ALL registration fees are now required to be paid in full at the time of registration as requested by Calisthenics Victoria.

Club Term Fees - an invoice will be issued within the first three weeks of terms 1, 2 & 3 detailing the fees owing for that term.  Payment must be made within two weeks of the invoice being issued using payment methods specified.

To proceed with registration and payment, click on the [NEW MEMBER] button for New Members OR click on the [RETURNING MEMBER] button for Returning Members and proceed with the following steps: 

• ENTER your first & last name, date-of-birth and gender.  IF you are a returning member, enter your CVI reg.no., if known.
• CLICK on the [Next Step] button and follow the registration setup through to payment ensuring all required fields are completed.

PLEASE NOTE: that as per CaliVic Policy, registrations are non-refundable except under individual extraordinary circumstances (such as severe financial circumstances).
