Aria Calisthenics was born from a shared vision and a fortunate beginning.
After Lotus Calisthenics Inc., a beloved local calisthenics club, closed in 2014, our founders, Karyn Frenken and Gwenyth Martens, seized the opportunity to continue the legacy. With decades of experience in competing and coaching, they founded Aria Calisthenics in 2015, a club built on the pillars of family, community, and excellence.
