Donna Scammell brings extensive and longstanding experience in softball coaching, leadership, and program coordination spanning nearly three decades across club, state, and national levels. Donna has held a wide range of roles including Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Manager, and Coordinator, contributing to elite pathways such as Victorian and Australian championships, state teams, and school sports programs. Donna has consistently supported athlete development across multiple age groups, from youth to open women’s teams, and has been actively involved in high-performance competitions and national championships. In addition to coaching, Donna has held leadership positions including President of Brandon Heights Softball Club (part of Waverley Softball Association) and Tournament Liaison roles, demonstrating strong organisational and strategic capability. Donna continues to lead and contribute to softball programs, most recently coaching state and club teams, reflecting a sustained commitment to excellence and development in the sport.

Donna is a Level 4 Softball Australia accredited coach, and a life member of Brandon Heights Softball Club and Waverley Softball Association.
