Across the Waves Softball Club
Across the Waves Softball, originally established as the Rebels Softball Club, was formed in January 1996 and has grown into one of the most established and successful clubs in the Wide Bay region.
We welcome players of all ages — from juniors (5 years and up) through to seniors — and aim to field teams across all divisions each season, including:
- T‑Ball
- U12
- U14
- Senior Men
- Senior Ladies
Training – Waves Sports Complex, Thabeban Street
- Juniors: Wednesdays from 4:00pm
- Seniors: Wednesdays from 6:00pm
Our competition season runs from October to March, with sign‑on held in August/September.

Our fully accredited coaches are dedicated to developing player skills and supporting representative pathways.
Athletes also have opportunities to compete at the Softball Queensland State Championships across U14, U16, U18, U23 and Open divisions.
Across the Waves Softball is a family‑friendly club with a strong community spirit and always welcomes new members to the game.
We are a proud sub‑club of The Waves Sports Club, and all Waves Softball members are required to hold membership with the parent club.
