ACF Senior Club Carnival 2026 — Livestream Pay-Per-View Terms & Conditions

1. Live broadcast only. This purchase provides access to a live broadcast of the nominated session(s) only. No recording, replay, or on-demand access will be made available after the live broadcast concludes, under any circumstances.
2. Session times. Sessions will broadcast at their scheduled start time. ACF is not responsible for delays caused by the competition schedule running ahead or behind time; purchasers are encouraged to log in prior to the scheduled start time.
3. Single-use access code. Each purchase generates a single-use access code, valid for one device/login only. Codes are not transferable and must not be shared, published, sold on, or redistributed in any way. ACF reserves the right to revoke access without refund where a code is found to be shared or used by multiple parties.
4. No screen recording, capturing, or redistribution. Screen recording, screenshotting, downloading, capturing, re-streaming, or otherwise reproducing any part of the broadcast is strictly prohibited. This includes footage, audio, and any performances, routines, or choreography shown. Breach of this term may result in access being revoked and may result in further action.
5. Respecting performers, coaches and choreographers. Routines, choreography, and performances broadcast are the intellectual property of the respective clubs, coaches, and choreographers. The broadcast is provided for personal viewing only. Reproducing, copying, teaching from, or distributing any routine or choreography captured via this broadcast without the express permission of the relevant club/coach is strictly prohibited.
6. No refunds for change of mind. Due to the live nature of this product, refunds will not be provided for change of mind once purchased.
7. Technical issues. While ACF and its streaming provider take reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted broadcast quality, ACF does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for loss arising from internet connectivity issues, device compatibility, or third-party platform outages on the purchaser's end.
8. Broadcast disruption. In the event of a significant broadcast failure caused by ACF or its production/hosting providers that prevents meaningful access to the session purchased, ACF may offer a partial or full refund at its discretion.
9. Content ownership. All broadcast content remains the property of ACF. Any use outside personal live viewing, including but not limited to recording, downloading, re-streaming, or redistribution, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
