It is used to inform decision-making processes, track progress towards diversity and inclusion goals, and design targeted strategies or interventions to promote equity, diversity and inclusion. By analysing diversity data, Table Tennis Australia can identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to create more inclusive environments and opportunities for all individuals.
