FREE TRIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Free trial
The free trial includes one 60-minute table tennis session at Yvonne Table Tennis Academy. It is available to new participants only and is subject to class availability.
2. Booking and attendance
A parent or legal guardian must complete the registration form for participants under 18. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. If you cannot attend, notify us as early as possible on 0421 831 054.
3. Health and fitness
By registering, the parent or guardian confirms that the participant is medically fit to take part. Please inform the coach before the session of any medical condition, allergy, injury, disability or support need.
4. Safety and conduct
Participants must follow the coach’s instructions, use equipment safely, wear suitable sports clothing and enclosed shoes, and treat everyone with respect. The Academy may stop participation where safety or behaviour is a concern.
5. Parent / guardian responsibility
Parents or guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and collection unless another arrangement has been agreed with the Academy. Children must not leave the venue without parent or guardian permission.
6. Risk acknowledgement
Table tennis and physical activity involve some risk of injury. The Academy will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment and appropriate supervision. Participants and parents/guardians must also follow safety instructions.
7. Photography and video
The Academy may take photographs or videos for coaching, website and social-media promotion. Please advise us in writing before the session if you do not consent to image use.
8. Privacy
Personal information is collected to manage bookings, communicate with parents or guardians, support participant safety and administer Academy programs.
9. Changes or cancellation
The Academy may change, reschedule or cancel a trial due to safety, venue, coach availability or other operational reasons.
10. Acceptance
By submitting the registration form or attending the free trial, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
