Terms and Conditions of Entry:
All players entering the event must agree to the following Term’s and Conditions to participate.
Any player under the age of 18 must have the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by a parent or guardian.
1.General
Players must:
- Meet the event eligibility requirements outlined in the event information;
- Refrain from any conduct which would bring the sport into disrepute;
- Abide by the spirit of the game;
- Comply with the directions of event officials;
- Not consume alcohol; (Under 18)
- Not consume any illicit drugs;
- Abide by the rules of the game as per WSF regulations and all other relevant event policies;
- Any appeal lodged by me (player) or on my behalf of me will be adjudicated upon in accordance with Squash Australia National Event Policy.
2. Education and Integrity Requirements
All participants involved in Squash Australia sanctioned competitions and event, including players, coaches, team managers, technical officials, volunteers, and support personnel, must complete the education requirements prescribed in the Sport Integrity Australia-approved Squash Australia Education Plan.
Completion of these requirements is a condition of participation and must be met within the timeframes set by Squash Australia. Individuals who do not meet the required education obligations may be deemed ineligible to participate until compliance is achieved.

3.Media Release
The player:
- Consents to photographs and/or video being take of myself/the payer during the Event by Squash Australia Staff and/or approved media personnel;
- Gives permission for Squash Australia to use any photographs or video imagery of myself/the player in printed publications and/or on the internet including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or in other electronic formats for press or print purposes;
- Understands that the event may be live streamed and viewed by members of the public.
- Understands there will be no payment made for the use of these photographs/ videos by Squash Australia, and no further payments to myself will be required at any time;
- Must not take any photos or video of players or attendees at the event without prior permission from Squash Australia and/or approved media personnel;
- Understands that if I/we do not agree to this media release from, I/we must make this known to the Event Organisers upon entry.
4.Regulations and Policies
Players acknowledge that they are subject to the applicable regulations and policies of the tournament including;
- Squash Australia National Event Policy
- Squash Australia Codes of Conduct
- National Integrity Framework policies and procedures
- All other relevant event policies or regulations
Refund Policy (Squash Australia Events) - Please refer to the events refund Policy.
A full refund will be provided prior to entries close. A 50% refund will be issued up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be provided within 6 days of the event.
Travel arrangements to and from the event should be made to allow for sufficient time prior to and after conclusion of all matches in the event. For the avoidance of doubt, travel arrangements will not be considered a vaild reason for withdrawal.
In the event that an incident occurs at an event, Yass Squash Club reserves the right to share relevant information and details of the incident with the respective club, and/or the applicable State or Territory Squash Association, as appropriate. This information sharing will occur for the purposes of ensuring participant safety, supporting appropriate management and resolution of the matter, and maintaining the integrity and governance standards of the sport.
I/we acknowledge that any breach of these conditions may result in player suspension from this event and future events, and that he/she will be banned from entering any premises associated with the event.
I/we understand the refund policy for the tournament.
I/we accept the conditions of entry outline above and all information in this entry registration is true and correct.
- A parent or guardian of each child must be a member of the Yass Soldiers Club.
- Parents/guardians must escort their child through the Yass Soldiers Club to the squash courts at the start of each session and collect and escort them back out at the end of the session.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop‑off and pick‑up before and after each session.
- Each child must wear protective eyewear when playing squash.
- Children must follow coach instructions and behave safely on and around the courts.
- Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions and ensure children bring any required medication (e.g., asthma puffers).
- Photos or videos may be taken for Squash ACT/Squash NSW/Yass Squash promotional purposes; please advise us if you do not consent.
- No refunds are available once the program has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances.
- Squash is a physical activity. While all care is taken, participation is at the child’s own risk.
