His competitive career boasts six Senior National Championship titles, alongside international outings as a three-time Senior Oceania Champion and South East Asian Champion. His international performances saw him place 5th at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, marking him as one of Australia’s best.

Beyond his competitive achievements, Connor has transitioned into a highly regarded coach. He is currently the Head Coach at Absolute MMA and Conditioning in Melbourne, where he develops athletes across all levels. His expertise has also been recognized on the international stage, serving as Assistant Coach for the Australian team at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games and National Team Coach for 2024.
