2024 Registration Info & Instructions

*** 2024 Age Groups: 6 & under (U6), 8 & under (U8), 12 & under Division A & B (U12),

14 & under (U14), 16 & under (U16), 18 & under (U18) and Over 19

(Age as at 31/12/2024)

IMPORTANT:

2. Wests Hockey Club is celebrating its 40th Anniversary in 2024 and is offering a massive 40% off its Club Fees to the first 40 NEW Members. Further details on this promotion can be found on the 2024 Registration Fee Table & T&Cs above.

3. REGISTRATION INFORMATION

1.) To register, there are two streams below to choose from: RETURNING MEMBER or NEW MEMBER, depending on whether you have ever been registered at any hockey club in Australia (i.e. already have a hockey National ID) or not.

1.a.) If you already have a hockey National ID, you need to choose the RETURNING MEMBER stream.

    i.) If you have been a Wests Hockey Club Member before, on your online registration form, please choose the Fee Category that applies to you WITHOUT the word 'NEW' in it! 

    ii.) If you are NEW to Wests Hockey Club (but have a hockey National ID), on your online registration form, please choose the Fee Category that applies to you WITH the word 'NEW' in it!

1.b.) If you do not have a hockey National ID (i.e never played hockey), please choose the NEW MEMBER stream 

2.) ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS

2.a.) Valid 2023 Active Kids vouchers are welcome until 31 January 2024.

2. b) Wests Hockey Club is now a registered provider of the new 2024 Active and Creative Kids voucher program. Just enter your voucher number at registration.

4. REGISTRATION STEPS

1.) Please read the 2024 Registration Fee Table above carefully (with all its various Fees, Discounts, General and Promotion T&Cs etc.)

2.) Please read the relevant box within the below two streams that applies to you

3) Click on the relevant stream at he bottom of this page and fill out the registration form.

• WESTS GROUP MEMBERSHIP:- Part of our yearly grant is that our members over 18yrs are required to be members of Wests Group. Please visit either, Wests League Club, Wests Country Club, Wests Lakeside or Wests Tennis Club and become a member. Go for dinner one night or a lunch and support our sponsor. Their sponsorship for our club is what allows up to keep our fees lower. Thanks
• CODE OF CONDUCT:- When you register as a member of Western Suburbs (Wests) Hockey Club you are agreeing to our club's Code of Conduct.
  This document can be found under this website's heading 'Documents and Resources'. 
• UNIFORM PURCHASES:- Wests Hockey Club Uniform playing strip consists of Shorts, Skorts, Shirts and/or Singlets for Seniors and playing socks. Uniforms can be tried on at training for size. Please see Keith our Uniform/Equipment Officer who has the 'try on' pack. They can then be purchased through our supplier Sportsmagic via their website - www.sportsmagic.com.au along with other merchandise. Uniforms need to be purchased as soon as possible so they are available before the season starts.
