ACT Coach Ben Keaney recently went to Sofia Bulgaria to coach ACT Athlete Parampal Singh for the World Olympic Qualifier.  Unfortunately Parampal did not qualify although he overcame great obstacles in the lead up to the competition and had a very tough opponent in the first round.  Coach Ben learnt alot from attending this high level competition, and we look forward to him sharing his experiences with the ACT Wrestling community.
