ACT Beach Wrestling - take your grappling to new heights and check out what you can do on the beach! All levels welcome - Rules will be explained before hand, its easy!

Beach Wrestling in Canberra.  Calling all grapplers, Rules are simple, - first to 3, start in standing position :

1 Point Takedown Bringing any part of the opponent's body to the sand (other than just hands or feet).
1 Point Push-out Forcing any part of the opponent's body or the opponent entirely out of the boundary ring.
1 Point Penalty Awarded to the opponent if a wrestler receives a caution for passivity or an illegal action.
3 Points Throw to Back Executing a dynamic throw or takedown that exposes the opponent’s back directly to the sand, which immediately wins the match.
