Event Day Support Crew - we need you for the Fast5 Water Polo, May 2026.

EOI for referees, table officials, and volunteers.

🗓️ When: March: Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th (Weekend after Junior League Grand Final and a week before school holidays).

📍 Where: Stirling Leisure - Inglewood, Suite 1 & 2/62 Alexander Dr, Inglewood WA 6052

🕛 Time: 1pm - 4pm. Note that assistance to set up & pack up either side may be required. 

🤽‍♂️ Fast5 the game is for: players U12 and U14.

✅ Important: Ensure you're logged into Revolutionise Sport (not your parent) to complete your registration.

Quick. Fun. Intense. Here’s how we play! ⏱️🔥

Game Format

⏱️ 4 x 5 minute quarters

🧃 2 minute half-time, 1 minute quarter-time

🕒 Running clock – no stoppages!

❌ No timeouts – it’s GO time all the time!

Teams

5️⃣ Players in the water (4 field + 1 goalie)

Sub in/sub out anytime 🌀

Start & Restart

🏁 Each half kicks off with a swim-off

🧤 Restart after each goal with your goalie

Scoring

⚽ 1 point per regular goal

💣 2 points for long-range snipes (outside 5m!)

Bring your power shots! 💥

Fouls

🟡 Ordinary: Free throw – defender must back off 1m

🔴 Exclusion: 18 seconds in the bin or until a goal

❗ Penalty: For serious fouls inside 5m – big moment!
