Team Formation Instructions (IMPORTANT)

All participants must register individually.

After registering, you are responsible for forming your team:

• Teams must consist of 10–12 players
• Once your team is finalised, one team representative must email:

• The email must include the full names of all team members

If a team list is not submitted:

• WPSA will place you into a mixed team
• Mixed/social teams will be created as required

Player Attire Requirements (IMPORTANT)

All participants must wear appropriate swimwear suitable for sport and physical activity.

✅ Required:

• Proper swimwear (e.g., one-piece swimmers, athletic bikinis, or jammers/briefs)
• Swimwear must be secure, fitted, and suitable for movement in water

✅ Recommended (Water Polo Appropriate):

• Rash vests or compression tops
• Water polo-style swimwear (durable, tight-fitting)

🚫 Not permitted:

• Loose clothing (e.g., basketball shorts, cotton shirts)
• Clothing that restricts movement or becomes heavy in water
• Any attire deemed unsafe or inappropriate by event staff

All attire must be appropriate for a public aquatic facility.

Fees & Payment

💲 $200 per player (full season)
Includes:

• Pool hire
• Referees
• Competition administration

Payment Terms (IMPORTANT)

• Once sufficient teams have registered, the competition will be confirmed
• An invoice will be issued to players
• 💳 Full payment must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the season start date
• Players who have not paid by the deadline may be removed from the competition
