WPACT Annual General Meeting

All current WPACT members are invited to attend the next Annual General Meeting for the WPACT Association Inc.

Date: Sunday, 18 October 2020

Time: 2.30pm

Venue: Macarthur Room, Ainslie Football Club

The purpose of the meeting will be to:

• Table the WPACT Board reports for 2019-20, including the financial reports;
• Elect the Office-Bearers of WPACT (President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary) and other constitutional roles as required;
• Confirm membership fees;
• Nominate/re-affirm the Patron of WPACT;
• Consider any motions of which due notice has been given.
