Thank you for supplying your Australian Capital Territory Working With Vulnerable People Chack (WWVP). 

If you are over 16 years of age and completing any Water Polo Australia Coaching or Officiating Course, please obtain your Working With Vulnerable People Card/Number and upload proof document (photo of your WWC card) to your profile.

See below documents required:

• Under 16 - a Photo ID for proof of age will be seen as a valid WWCC. 
  • Proof of Age Card, Passport, School ID (With photo and DOB)

 

Note: An Application for your check will not be approved. Only approved and current Working With Vulnerable People Cards & valid Photo ID's will be accepted.
