The SCWPL is a new competition in 2018 for male and female players who are just outside the current NWPL run by WPA. Teams from ACT, NSW, Queensland, SA, Tasmania and Victoria will compete in the league.The SCWPL will run from February to April 2018 with games held in all competing states. Round 7 and the finals series will be held at the Australian Institute of Sport, Canberra from 5 to 8 April 2018
