WEDNESDAY TEAM RACING for Open & Intermediate Fleet Training Term 1 [Feb-Mar 2020]

All open & advanced intermediate fleet sailors welcomed. This program will start on Wednesday 03rd February and run for 8 weeks to finish on Wednesday 24th March 2021

04:30pm - 6:30pm

Please note that the aim of these sessions will be to develop the following skills:

1. Team Racing strategies (winning combinatios, starting strategies, mark traps, etc)
2. Boat-handling applied (tacking, gybing, 360's, double tacking, slowing the boat down, etc)
3. Rules knowledge
4. Communication amongst team-mates

Please remember to bring the following

• Boat fully rigged and ready
• Spares
• Notebook & pen
• Fitness clothing
• lunch box and water bottle
