2-DAY Open & Intermediate Fleet Training Term 4 [October-December 2020]

This program will start on Friday 16th October run for 8 weeks and finish on Friday 04th December

FRIDAY 

Open & Intermediate Fleet training 4:30 - 7:00pm

SATURDAY 

Open & Intermediate Fleet training 1:00 - 4:00pm

SUNDAY’s 

Club Racing & Green Fleet Coaching 12:00-3:00pm

Please note that these sessions will be a combination of:

1. Technical skills development e.g. boat-speed, boathandling, maneuvres dealt in smaller groups (Open fleet will sail separately to Intermediate fleet sailors) during this part of the session
2. Strategic, tactical and decision-making in larger groups (Open fleet will sail together to Intermediate fleet sailors) during this part of the session

Please remember to bring the following

• Boat fully rigged and ready
• Spares
• Notebook & pen
• Fitness clothing
• lunch box and water bottle
