This clinic will be targetting the participants weaknesses as develop all the aspects required to perform to the best level at regattas such as: 

• Technique for boathandling and maneuvres 
• Superior boatspeed 
• Consistent starts
• Solid strategic plans and sound tactical understanding of risk management 
• Team Racing 
• Fitness

Please remember to bring the following

1. enough warm gear
2. lunch box and water bottle
3. notebook
4. fitness clothing

If you need to borrow a club's boat, the cost for the 3 days will be $50.
