Teens 'OUT THERE' Holiday Camp

Woollahra Sailing Club will utilise a wide variety of activities including Sailing Dinghies, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Windsurfers and Power boat adventures during the program. The aim of the program is to have fun, hang out with friends and learn new skills. All OutThere Sailing programs are delivered by qualified Australian Sailing Instructors.

The cost includes instruction, equipment usage and certificate.

DAY PASS: 1 day on either of the below dates 

Date: Tuesday 7th July till Friday 10th July 2020

Time: 9am till 3pm each day

What to Bring

Each participant will need to bring:

• Board shorts, rashie or/and wetsuit
• A change of warm clothes, Towel
• Sunscreen and hat
• Old shoes or rubber boots for sailing
• A packed lunch and drink (including snacks) , Teens are able to buy lunch from local Rose Bay shops.

Overview

This is an OutThere Sailing combined course (a combination of OutThere Sailing 1, 2, 3). The combined course enables individual progression accross its duration, whilst allowing friends to remain together.

OutThere Sailing will always be about fun, social engagement and safety.

Prerequisites

Water confident.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who are 12-17 years-old looking to try a new activity, have some fun and engage with others whilst sailing.

Course Outcome

By the end of the OutThere Sailing combined course, the participants will achieve the standards of either OutThere Sailing 1, 2, or 3 and have had a lot of FUN with friends!
