The meeting will include reports on the past year’s activities, presentation of financial statements, election of office bearers, and general business. Your attendance and input are important to the continued success and direction of the Club.

Prospective office holders should complete the agenda and nomination form and return this to the committee via email prior to the start of the meeting.

Please also note that membership subscriptions for the 2025/26 season are due on 1st July 2025. Memberships not renewed by 30th September 2025 will be considered terminated.
