2026/2027 FEES
Fees have gone up from last season as we are incorporating an allowance for end of season coaching/scoring thank you gifts ($10 per player) plus the Softball AUS/WA fees have also increased slightly.
Included in your fees are the following charges - Softball AUS/WA fee, BADSA membership fee, BADSA game fees, Wanderers membership fee, top hire & allowance for coach/scorers end of season thank you gifts.
When registering online you will see the total to pay is slightly higher than what is listed below as the totals now have to include the compulsory RevSport transaction fees.
- Senior - $300
- U18s - $190
- U16s - $190 – new grade this season ** (see notes below)
- U14s - $190
- U12s - $190
- Teeball - $70
- Wanderers Life Members – please contact Lia for your unique registration link with discounted fees
- Wanderers & BADSA Life Members – please contact Lia for your unique registration link with discounted fees
- Senior Discounted Games – please contact Lia for your unique registration link with discounted fees
** U16s division will be only proceed if there are enough numbers from other clubs to form a competition. If not, those registered in this age bracket will fall under the U18’s grade. (same as previous seasons)
Juniors Playing In Multiple Grades
A junior aged player (under 18) who is playing in two or more different levels of competition please register to the lowest level. Ie: Under 14's player playing U14's & U18's registers to U14's. A small "play up" fee will be invoiced to you separately. This small play up fee helps the club to cover some of the season game fees for that higher level team without this player having to pay a second full fee rate.
Discounted Games Registration (SENIORS ONLY)
Wanderers Softball & Teeball Club offer a discounted games registration. This is aimed for Senior players who will not be able to play a full season (18 games) due to work commitments. This registration will cover you for 9 games ONLY throughout the season. Should you wish to continue playing after your 9th game you will be required to pay the balance of the Senior fees prior to taking the diamond.
AGE DEFINITIONS
U18’s cannot turn 18 before 31/12/2026
U16’s cannot turn 16 before 31/12/2026
U14’s cannot turn 14 before 31/12/2026
U12’s must be 10 years of age and cannot turn 12 before 31/12/2026
OWN PLAYING SHIRT
If you wear your own playing shirt that you have previously purchased, please enter discount code SHIRT2026 to deduct the shirt hire from your fees.
FAMILY DISCOUNT
10% discount applies to families with 3 or morePLAYERS participating in the season (includes teeball children). Please use discount code FAMILYDISC2026 when registering.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All fees MUST be paid in full by 31st December 2026. Payment will be required upon registering (you will also be on charged a RevSport processing fee on top of your payment). You will have the following payment options;
- Pay in full
- 3x fortnightly instalments – The Softball WA/AUS and BADSA fees will be compulsory payments on registration. The remaining fees will be deducted automatically by RevSport from the card used on registration. Additional RevSport processing fees apply to this option.
KIDSPORT APPLICANTS
Parents using KidSport to pay for their child's fees MUST have applied for and have received their unique code PRIOR to registering. You will be required to pay a minimum registration fees of $45.03 (Softball WA & BADSA membership fee) which will be reimbursed once we receive your allocated funds back from KidSport.
Please note the balance of your fees (if any) will be invoiced to you and MUST be paid before the 1st fixtured playing date. Our Treasurer will send you an invoice with any remaining balance not covered by your child's funding.

SOFTBALL ID
You will be required to enter your Softball ID on registration.If you cannot remember your Softball ID DO NOT create a new one. This will duplicate you in the system and cause issues with your registration. Please reach out to us and we can help you or alternatively search for your Softball ID using this online link https://www.softball.org.au/member-finder/
** If you are transitioning from teeball to softball you will register as a New Member.

NOTE - Some questions may be irrelevant to our local assocation but are set by Softball Australia. Please disregard if you are unsure of the question.
Please read the following and REGISTER below.
- If you have NOT registered for softball before click "NEW MEMBER" below and complete the online form.
- If you have been a member before and were registered in the revSPORT system, you will need your Softball ID number. Once you have that, you can follow the link for "RETURNING MEMBERS" and complete the online registration.
NOTES FOR RETURNING MEMBERS:
- If you do not know your Softball ID number, please contact your club administrator to get it.
- If you register without it, you may create a duplicate record and you might pay more for registration than you need to.
DO YOU WANT A CLEARANCE OR PERMIT?
- If you are registering for a club other than your "HOME CLUB" you will be prompted to "REQUEST A CLEARANCE".
- If you wish to CHANGE CLUBS permanently you will need to complete the CLEARANCE.
- A CLEARANCE will change the club that is noted as your HOME CLUB within the system.
- If you wish to get a CLEARANCE and change your HOME CLUB, continue below by clicking on RETURNING MEMBER and follow the instructions.
I DON'T WANT A CLEARANCE
- If you don't want to change your HOME club but wish to play for a different club in addition to your HOME CLUB, you need a PERMIT not a Clearance.
- To get a PERMIT you must be registered for your HOME CLUBFIRST.
- If you are asked for a CLEARANCE and you want a PERMIT it means you have not renewed with your HOME CLUB in the current season.
- Renew your membership with your HOME CLUB first then come back to register with your PERMIT CLUB as a RETURNING MEMBER.
