Waikato Dragonboating and Waka Ama Association originally established as both a Dragonboat and Waka Ama Association in 2000.

The Association is a Regional Sports Organisation or RSO for the NZ Dragon Boating Association for the Waikato / Taranaki area.

We are an affiliated member of Te Puku O Te Ika our Regional Waka Ama body.

Our Purpose:

To support Clubs and their members to be actively involved in both Dragon Boating and Waka Ama at both a social and competitive level.
