Club Fee Information

Valley View is proud to have one of the lowest set club fees in the association, as we feel that participation in sport should be as affordable as possible.

The club fees are reviewed prior to the commencement of each season and take into account any fee changes charged by external bodies including increases that may occur outside of our control.

We are pleased to confirm the club fees will not increase for the 2025/26 season.

What do my fees cover?

The fees set by Softball South Australia (SSA), Softball Australia Ltd (SAL) and Playford and Playford and District Association (PDSA) are compulsory are set by the regulatory bodies that govern softball. This covers official player registration and player insurance fee.

The club fees cover a wide range of costs including CDSA club affiliation fee, team nomination fees, weekly match fees, umpire fees, training grounds hire, scorebooks, replacement and maintenance of equipment, game day match balls and many other overhead costs which are incurred to keep our club going.

All coaches and committee members are all volunteer positions and are not paid by financial or in-kind means.

Sports Vouchers

VVESC are happy to accept Sports Vouchers. If you are claiming the Sports Voucher for the balance of your fees, the questions to claim this are part of the registration process this year so you don't have to fill out the manual voucher. 

Please ensure your Medicare card number quoted is 11 digits long, it must have the number along the top of the card and the number to the left of the child’s name please.

CDSA Honorary Life Members
All CDSA Honorary Life Members (HLM’s), are required to register via standard registration link. Once registered send your payment receipt showing the SSA/SAL fee paid to the CDSA Treasurer for reimbursement, please include the bank details you want it paid into with your receipt, and forward to this treasurer@cdsa.asn.au.
