Relay rules:
• Teams will be picked by the handicapper randomly but designed to finish at the same time.
• Teams will start on their combined handicap time
• Entries for the event close Sunday 29th August
• Teams will have a maximum of 5 walkers
• Teams will race legs in the following order: 2km, 1km, 3km, 1km, 2km
• Athletes may walk two legs on the day but must have a break between their legs.
