Course Information:

The course will cover:

• Passing, setting, blocking, spiking and serving
• Coaching skills
• Gameplay
• New Drills

To attend the Volleyball Australia Level 2 Face to Face Coaching Course, you must complete the following prior:

1. You must be a current member of your State or Territory Volleyball Association. Please note your application will be rejected if your state membership is not current. This will be verified by your State.

2. You must be an accredited Volleyball Australia Level 1 Coach.

3. You must complete the Sport Australia Community Coaching General Principles Course and attain the Certificate of Completion.

 

*Please note attending this Face to Face course does not complete your requirements for the Volleyball Australia Level 2 Coach Accreditation. You must complete after the course the following steps.

1. Complete the following Play By The Rules modules and attain the courses Certificates of Completion:       

       - Harassment and Discrimination
       - Child Protection (For 18 year olds and over only)

2. Record and complete your coaching Log Sheet. Please only include hours post the Face to Face VA Level 2 Coaching Course. Total 20 hours.

3. Undertake a Training Session and Match Day assessment by a mentor coach. 

4. Return to this portal to upload all the required documents to apply for your Volleyball Australia Level 2 Coach Accreditation Application
