When on the N1 Cape Town / Paarl
Take exit 47 at the Klapmuts interchange onto the R44
Turn onto the R44 in the direction of Wellington and drive for 22.8km
Upon entering Wellington, turn left onto the R44/Stokery Road
Continue on the R44 (which becomes the R46 at Hermon) for 31km
or
From Cape Town, take the N7 north towards Malmesbury
Take the offramp into Malmesbury,
Drive through the town to exit onto the R45 towards Wellington
Turn left onto the R46 towards Riebeek Kasteel / Hermon
At the T-jxn at Hermon, turn left onto the R46 towards Tulbagh
Continue on the R46 for 11km
Turn right at the City of Cape Town Voëlvlei Waterworks sign
After 1.3km, turn left, through a "farm" gate to VYC - look out for the small white VYC signboard
The gravel road will take you to the club's electric gate
Follow the road down to the water's edge.

Please note:
VYC is not open to the public. The gate to the gravel access road remains locked unless the club is hosting a regatta.
