The TAV has organised a training day at Sandringham Yacht Club on Saturday the 16th May, coached by Mark Bulka.
- The training will be focussed on starting practice and slow-speed manoeuvring, with an emphasis on spending as much time on-water as we can...weather permitting.
- Mark intends to create a pressurised start line which is just what those going to the Okinawa Worlds in June will need to prepare for given the 110+ boats entered!
- The training schedule is rigged and ready to go at 0930, with a morning session, lunch and then an afternoon session, aiming to finish around 1600.
- Everyone is welcome whether or not you're going to the Worlds.
- Bringing your own food and drinks is encouraged as the SYC restaurant does not permit wet sailing gear upstairs, and depending on the weather, we may have quick turnarounds on land.
- The cost for the day is $50 per boat.
