GC Interstate Carnival - Function Information
Croquet Victoria invite all players, friends and family to join us for the following social functions being held during the GC Interstate Carnival in September.

A welcome event will be held at VCC on the evening of 4th September, coinciding with the presentation of the 2026 GC Gold and Silver Medals.
Men’s and Women’s Open winners and Plate presentations will be made at a function held at VCC on the evening of 8th September coinciding with the presentation of the ISS State teams.
A Carvery dinner will be held at VCC at conclusion of the Interstate Shield on Sunday 13th September. This dinner will include the presentation of the Interstate Shield to the winning team

Ticket Payment Options
Pay via Credit Card: Preferred method of payment as it decreases volunteer workload.
Pay via Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you should download the invoice provided and when paying, please include the name/event/ref number shown on the invoice - for example:
Bob Smith/Gold Medal BBQ/ME12923
Entry Refunds
Please note all catering is organised in advance and is dependent on numbers. Entries paid by credit card can be refunded to the card used for payment within 2-3 business days of the refund request. Any withdrawal requiring refund of money after the stated closing date would need to be reviewed by Croquet Victoria. Where possible a refund will be provided if it does not interfere with these events materializing.
