This prestigious event is named in honour of the contribution to croquet of Croquet Victoria Life Member, Brian Reither.
Venue- Victorian Croquet Centre, Cairnlea
Entries are by expression of interest (EOI)
If there are more than 12 EOI at the closing date, places will be filled in order of world ranking (based on DGrade) and those not making the cut will join a waiting list in case players withdraw. In the event a player does not have a current DGrade, T&F commitee will assign one that takes into account their known past and current abilities.
If there are 12 or less EOI, then EOI received after the closing date will fill the remaining places (or add to a waiting list) in order of receipt.
Format: The aim will be for two blocks of 6, playing a Round Robin with the top 2 in each block playing single-game semifinals and final. If entries are low, the format will be at the Tournament Manager’s discretion.
All players that express interest will receive email confirmation of either being accepted into the event or of being on a waitlist according to the method specified above
Cost- $45 per player- payment to be provided once acceptance into the event is confirmed.
Livestreaming is planned for this event.
Social media and photography for purposes of publicity may be in use.
On site catering will be available
